- Repair/replace electrical outlets, breakers, outlet boxes & covers at RV sites
- Rebuild wooden fence around propane tank near Activity Center
- Rebuild wooden fence around electric service entrance near Activity Center
- Rebuild wooden fence around trash dumpster near Activity Center
- Replace fallen boards on wooden fence around pool equipment near Activity Center
- Build 2 doors for exterior A/C closets on Lodge meeting room
- Mow around storage building (old office) & lift station
